How Do I Place My Order?

  1. If you have questions before ordering, please contact me via the website Contact box, Instagram messages or email.

  2. When you’re ready, place your order via the Online Shop. Make sure you take your time with this and check you’ve made the correct selections before submitting your order - changes cannot be made once your order is placed.

  3. After ordering, a Collection Kit will be dispatched. Your kit will help you pack the ashes for their journey to me. See the bottom of this page for more info on your kit.

  4. Return your Collection Kit to me via post.

  5. In the meantime, I will begin work on your jewellery settings. But please be aware that my turnaround time (listed at the top of my Shop page) starts from the date your kit arrives back with me.

  6. As soon as your order is complete, it will be returned to you via Special Delivery.

How Do I Send cremation ashes To You?

IMPORTANT: Please don’t ever send all that you have. I always recommend sending via the securest method of post possible and your jewellery will be returned to you via Special Delivery. I take great care of your keepsake materials while they are with me and offer a Collection Kit to keep them as safe as possible - but I cannot be held responsible for them while they are in the hands of the postal service. Please see Terms & Conditions page for my Delivery Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the Collection Kit. Royal Mail offer several options, but I always recommend posting irreplaceable materials via Special Delivery. This service provides you with a tracking number and is next-day delivery. Please make sure you write your name and address as "Sender” on the back of the package.

Once your order has been confirmed, I will dispatch a ‘Collection Kit’ for you to safely put together the keepsake materials for your order. Collection Kit details are below.
