Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve sent you an email but not heard back?

I always try to respond to messages within 48 hours, so if you’ve not had a reply please check your junk mail! This seems to happen a lot with Hotmail email addresses.

How Can I Find Out My Ring Size?

The most accurate way to find out your ring size is to visit your local jeweller to have your finger sized professionally. Your required ring size can vary depending on the width of the band you are choosing, and we have rings available in a range of widths. You may be a size K for a 3.2mm band, but you may need a size L for a 5mm band (for example). I recommend that you choose your desired ring from our collection, note it’s band width, and then visit your local jeweller and ask to be sized for a ring of that width.

I do have the option for you to choose ‘send sizer’, where I can dispatch a generic plastic ring sizing gauge to you (separately or as part of your Collection Kit depending on what you order) - however I cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate ring sizing. Please be aware that once your ring has been set with your keepsake materials, I am unable to resize it for you.

Is my Keepsake Ring suitable for everyday wear?

This is a decision that you need to make, taking into account your daily routines. With the right care, your jewellery can be worn daily - but it is important that you adhere to the Jewellery Care Guide to keep your jewellery looking it’s best. Your jewellery should be treated the same way that you treat the keepsake materials it encapsulates - with love, care and respect.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Please see the “Important Information” section at the top of the shop page for current turnaround times. Lots of love and care goes into each piece, and they are all handmade to order.

How Do I Send You Cremation Ashes? Do you send out a pack?

Once you have placed an order with me, I will dispatch a ‘Collection Kit’ which contains a few things you can use to safely put together the keepsake materials for your jewellery. Click here for more information.

How Do You Post Back My Finished Jewellery?

All Hand-Stamped pieces are posted home to you via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, unless you contact me to request Special Delivery (+£4.00).

All pieces holding cremation ashes (or orders over £100) are posted home to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Do You Accept International Orders?

I am currently only accepting orders from within the United Kingdom.

Can I Change My Mind Once I Have Placed My Order?

Please take your time when placing your order, as I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make changes. Each part of your jewellery is handmade, and I will begin to work on your order as soon as possible. Feel free to email me with any questions you have before your order, as I am happy to help.

What Are Your Cancellation/Refund Or Exchange Policies?

Please see this page for more information.

Will My Piece Of Jewellery Look EXACTLY Like The Ones On Your Website?

Each piece of keepsake jewellery is handmade to order. There are many factors that can determine how your finished piece will look - just as no two people are exactly the same, each set of cremation ashes I work with will vary in colour and texture. I believe this is where the real beauty in your keepsake jewellery lies. My product photos will give you a good idea of how your jewellery will look, but please allow for variances in your individual piece.

Why Didn’t You Post A Photo Of My Jewellery?

I make lots of pieces of jewellery each week and unfortunately it’s not possible for me to photograph every piece of jewellery made without increasing my turnaround times.
